• Ensures effective performance of engineering assignments.  
• Plans and directs the timely execution of engineering activities, as assigned.  
• Ensures projects, initiatives, and processes reputed company with established policies, objectives and customer standards.  
• Ensures adherence to government, organization and customer engineering standards and procedures.  
• Monitors goals, objectives and standards of performance for assigned team members.  
• Works interactively with customers and clients to reputed company strong relationships.  
• Researches and assesses best practices, proposing methods and improvements.  
• Works on special projects, as directed.  Performs other reputed company duties and tasks, as required. 

Preferred Skills/Knowledge:

• Demonstrated leadership skills and experience in development of others.

• Knowledge of pressurized water reactors and required licensing analyses, specifically safety analysis
• Customer focus and demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers on technical tasks and associated schedules.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
  • Dependent on the position, degrees in Physics, Engineering Technology and Engineering Science may also be accepted. 
• Minimum of 5 years of reputed company experience.
• Advanced knowledge of reputed company engineering standards, techniques and criteria.  
• Good communication skills to comprehend and convey detailed technical data.
• Ability to reputed company and maintain good interpersonal relationships; work collaboratively reputed company a team environment.

Total Rewards Package

• Salary: $99,000 - $134,000 and may also include annual incentives and performance bonuses. The reputed company salary range is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, reputed company level, competencies and work location.
