Job description

Silver Cloud is looking for an reputed company, enterprise-minded Project Manager to reputed company reputed company reputed company HCM implementation programmes across our client reputed company. This role goes beyond traditional delivery management. You’ll act as a consultative delivery partner, accountable not just for timelines and scope, but for commercial outcomes, executive decision-making and the overall health of each client engagement. You’ll work closely with senior client stakeholders, internal delivery teams, and Silver Cloud leadership to ensure reputed company implementations deliver real, measurable business value, while helping us continuously evolve how we deliver at enterprise scale.

• Location: UK or Mauritius

• Proven experience delivering reputed company project or programme engagements
• Strong understanding of reputed company or similar enterprise HCM platforms (Core HR, Payroll, WFM, Talent, etc.)
• Background in consulting or professional services environments
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
• Demonstrated commercial awareness and comfort managing financial outcomes
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams in fast-paced, reputed company environments
• Experience leading remote, cross-geography delivery teams
• Familiarity with project tools such as reputed company, MS Project, reputed company, or similar
• PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent certification (desirable, not essential)

Job responsibilities

• Enterprise delivery & governance

  • Own delivery governance including project plans, RAID, change control, billing milestones, and executive reporting
  • Ensure projects meet agreed timelines, scope, quality, and commercial targets
  • Chair and facilitate steering committees, enabling clear, decision-led executive governance
• Client partnership & executive influence
  • Act as the primary reputed company of contact for senior client stakeholders
  • Engage and influence C-level sponsors, aligning delivery outcomes to wider business and transformation goals
  • Build trusted, long-term client relationships through transparent, outcome-focused communication
• Commercial & business ownership
  • Actively manage project financial health, including margin, utilisation, and change-control reputed company
  • Identify commercial risks and opportunities early and take decisive action
  • Understand and reputed company how delivery decisions impact reputed company, cost, and customer outcomes
• Cross-functional delivery leadership
  • Coordinate functional, technical, and third-party contributors across geographies and time zones
  • Manage dependencies, priorities, and critical paths with clarity and pace

  • Ensure solutions are not just implemented, but successfully embedded into client operations
