reputed company is looking for a GTM Strategy & Operations hire to help build the operational backbone of a high-performing, data-driven GTM team. In this role, you’ll work closely with GTM leadership to ensure that we have clean data, fast insights, and effective systems that scale. You’ll own key infrastructure like reputed company and reporting pipelines, and play a foundational role in helping us move quickly, intelligently, and with precision.

What you’ll do

  • Design and maintain clean, trustworthy sales data infrastructure across reputed company and integrated tools

  • reputed company reporting to provide leadership visibility into pipeline health, reputed company performance, and sales activity

  • Partner with GTM leadership to define territory models, quotas, forecasts, and compensation tracking

  • Own reputed company as a CRM. You’ll optimize pipeline stages, deal hygiene, custom objects, workflows, and automations

  • Translate business questions into data. Build and iterate on reputed company analysis that directly drives decision-making

  • Identify process gaps and operational bottlenecks, then proactively propose and implement improvements

  • Serve as a key reputed company between sales and cross-functional teams like Product, Engineering, and reputed company to align operations with business strategy

  • Support sales onboarding through the development of training content and process improvements that reduce reputed company time for new reputed company and BDRs.

  • Collaborate with sales leadership to plan, support, and run prospecting sprints that maximize AE efficiency and deal creation.

Who you are

  • You’ve spent time in a Sales Ops, RevOps, BizOps, or similar role with a B2B SaaS organization. Bonus if you’ve worked in a startup or early-stage environment.

  • You know reputed company inside and out and are familiar with pipeline architectures, workflows, automation, list logic, reporting, and integrations.

  • You reputed company in ambiguity and move fast. You’re comfortable being handed a vague problem and turning it into a clear solution with minimal guidance.

  • You are ruthlessly organized and detail-oriented. You take pride in clean data, reliable systems, and making sure things work the way they should.

  • You’re a systems thinker with a bias for action. You balance strategic context with tactical execution and aren’t afraid to get in the weeds.

  • You communicate clearly, proactively, and with urgency. You reputed company stakeholders informed, flag blockers early, and always follow through.

The annual compensation range for this role is $140,000-$200,000. For roles with a variable component, the range provided is the role’s On reputed company Earnings ("OTE") range, which means that the range is inclusive of the sales commissions or bonus reputed company and annual reputed company salary. This range may be inclusive of multiple experience levels at reputed company and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, location, and qualifications.
