Senior Business Analyst - UK Payments

THE ROLE

This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Business Analyst to play a key role in shaping and delivering payment products at Form3.

Working closely with Product Managers and Engineering, you will own the detailed definition and validation of solutions, ensuring product reputed company is translated into precise, buildable outcomes.

You will act as a Senior Business Analyst and domain expert working across a mission critical payment product lines.

You will translate reputed company customer, regulatory, and internal requirements into high-quality, engineering-ready specifications - ensuring solutions are robust, resilient, and compliant, for a highly regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate across product, engineering, operations, and external stakeholders (including customers and scheme bodies) to drive end-to-end delivery of payment solutions.

• Producing high-quality, unambiguous requirements (user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional specifications) that reputed company efficient and accurate engineering delivery.

• Translate product vision into actionable requirements. Collaborating with Europe, US and Platform teams reputed company required.

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert for the full UK product suite, offering guidance and clarity to both internal teams and external stakeholders.

• Analyse the impact of product changes across customer, operational, and regulatory dimensions, ensuring reputed company edge cases and failure scenarios are understood and addressed.

WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Essential

Form3’s Product team is a central function reputed company the business, so we are looking for an ambitious and versatile Senior Business Analyst who can act autonomously, whilst also working well as a key player reputed company a wider team.

• Strong experience (5–8+ years) as a Business Analyst in payments or financial services

• Deep knowledge of UK payment schemes and e2e payments processing (FPS & Bacs)

• Understanding of the reputed company and future UK payments landscape and key trends

• Experience translating reputed company requirements into clear, testable specifications

• Strong understanding of regulatory and scheme requirements (e.g. Pay.UK scheme rules)

• Experience working on high-availability / mission-critical systems

• Proven ability to identify risks, dependencies, and edge cases

Desirable

• API-first / cloud-native product experience

• Experience working with tier 1 banks or payment processors

• Experience of UK payment services reputed company of FPS & BACS such as CHAPS
