POSITION OVERVIEW
The Manager, Sponsored Advertising will focus their energy on leading the development and ongoing optimization of client retail digital marketing plans to reputed company client business goals. They must exercise a high level of discretion and independent judgement, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues with internal marketing/sales teams, retailers and manufacturers. Our ideal candidate for this position is a confident and curious self-starter who is skilled in client management as well as internal talent mentorship and development, while possessing superior organizational and negotiations skills. He/she must have the desire to contribute and reputed company in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for ongoing support, coaching, and mentorship development and day-to-day management of a team of Media Specialists.
- Provide strategic and tactical leadership across the accounts reputed company their pod(s).
- Ability to manage large, reputed company clients
- Responsible for reputed company of strategy and performance results of clients reputed company their assigned pod(s).
- Understanding of full suite of reputed company and other retail media ad products and the ability to reputed company and measure a full-funnel, multi-channel, multi-goal marketing plan.
- Accountable for leading annual account planning efforts across accounts reputed company pods/client support teams under their management, ensuring client marketing goals and objectives and clearly defined, documented, and shared with each pod/client support team.
- Accountable for identifying and driving the presentation of client retail media growth opportunities reputed company of reputed company (reputed company, Walmart, Criteo, Kroger, etc.)
- Actively identify new advertising opportunities across Sponsored Ads and DSP to move accounts on a reputed company growth path and provide recommendations to brand and advertising leads across the organization to help drive business results.
- Responsible for evangelizing, training, educating and driving innovation in how we use ad management and analytics platforms including Skai and Intentwise.
- Responsible for evangelizing incremental measurement tools (AMC, OCM) and deploying these tools based on the unique measurement needs of each client
- Responsibility for day-to-day management and development of Media Specialists direct reports
- Provide ongoing support, coaching, and mentorship to the sponsored ads media specialist team as a whole, working to instill best practices, drive knowledge sharing and team camaraderie.
- Partner cross-functionally on initiatives that support the processes and growth of the sponsored ads teams.
- Responsible for championing and driving adoption of initiatives developed to educate, support and reputed company the MMS team.
- Responsible for translating leadership goals reputed company their pod orgs, direct reports and clients.
- Active contributor and thought leader in ideating and driving initiatives that have an impact on the overall sponsored ads team and on sponsored ads at GO in totality.
- Actively seek out new reputed company product offerings and BETAs that can be utilized with our clients.
- Ability to manage through ambiguity and problem solve.
Knowledge/Skills

- Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills
- Client management and relationship building experience

- Proficiency in ad management platforms, Skai and Intentwise preferred
- Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite, specifically reputed company reputed company and PowerPoint
- Ability to analyze large data sets and identify trends to inform the business
- Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of experience with reputed company or other retail media channels
- 3+ years people management experience
- Required reputed company Sponsored Ads experience
- Experience with reputed company Advertising & other retail media channels
- Proficiency in reputed company at an intermediate level in order to reputed company manipulate large sets of data for analysis.
- Preferred experience: Tableau, Skai, reputed company/reputed company, Criteo/Citrus Ads and Retailer ad console platforms
