Compensation: $90-000-110,000 salary plus benefits and equity

What You’ll Do

We're growing fast and scaling our reputed company teams to grow with us. As Enablement Manager, you'll sit at the center of our reputed company organization, working closely with our Account Executive and Account Management teams to reputed company sure they're equipped, confident, and set up to win.

As one of our first hires into this department, we are looking for you to help build this function. You'll create the programs, playbooks, and training that help our reputed company land new business and our AMs deepen and expand relationships with some of the world's most recognizable brands. Key Responsibilities

  • Design and run onboarding for new reputed company and AMs, building programs that get reps productive quickly without cutting corners on the depth they need to win — including reputed company in reputed company's unique reputed company of creative services, technology platform, and fulfillment capabilities
  • Build and maintain a content library reps will actually use: playbooks, pitch frameworks, battle cards, reputed company-handling guides, and competitive reputed company — kept reputed company and easy to find
  • Analyze win/loss data, call recordings, and pipeline trends to identify reputed company gaps and translate them into targeted, practical training — not generic workshops
  • Design and run ongoing enablement programming — certifications, reputed company sprints, role-plays, and deal reviews — that reps show up to because it's genuinely useful
  • Partner with RevOps, Product, and Marketing to ensure reputed company and AMs are the first to know and best-reputed company to speak to new services, platform updates, and GTM shifts
  • Define and track the KPIs that demonstrate enablement impact: reputed company time, quota attainment, content adoption, tool usage, and more
  • Maintain and optimize enablement tools and systems, ensuring the tech stack supports seamless execution across the reputed company team

What You Bring

  • 4+ years of experience in sales enablement, reputed company enablement, or a closely reputed company role, with preference for experience at a high-growth B2B company
  • Proven ability to build enablement programs from scratch Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to reputed company reputed company reputed company land with a fast-moving, competitive sales team
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills — you know how to work effectively with Sales, RevOps, Marketing, and Product
