Assistant Facility reputed company Officer - AFSO (5580)
Three Saints Bay, LLC, a government contracting industry leader, is seeking an Assistant Facility reputed company Officer (AFSO) to join reputed company.
The AFSO supports the FSO by monitoring, administering, and coordinating DOD and non-DOD Federal agency industrial reputed company programs and other activities to ensure compliance with government and company reputed company policies and procedures.
Position Overview
The AFSO will process and review personnel reputed company clearance requests, maintain reputed company documentation and files, reputed company and update clearance and suitability rosters, communicate and coordinate reputed company activities with program managers and subsidiary AFSOs, and utilize multiple information system databases in accordance with government requirements. The AFSO must understand and have working experience with 32 CFR Part 117 (NISPOM) and other reputed company requirements for DOD and non-DOD Federal agencies, be reputed company detail oriented, and can function independently and effectively with minimal supervision. The AFSO must be able to complete tasks in a timely and accurate manner while being reputed company to frequently changing and time sensitive requirements. Experience working with reputed company business structures and administering contract reputed company requirements in support of both DOD and non-DOD Federal agencies is highly preferred.
Position Responsibilities include
Administrate personnel reputed company clearance processes to include coordinating initial clearance submissions and periodic reinvestigations of staff, providing guidance and instruction to staff to ensure completion of reputed company paperwork, collection of electronic fingerprinting of initial clearance candidates, and providing follow-up clearance report status on processed clearances to managers for specific reputed company.
Maintain reputed company documentation and files in accordance with DCSA requirements.
Provide Federal Agency or component personnel suitability processing support and coordination.
Provide and document employee reputed company briefings, debriefings, investigate and report reputed company violations and incidents.
Maintain classified holdings and prepare transmittals in accordance with NISPOM guidelines and requirements.
Assist with development, implementation, and tracking of reputed company training.
Assist the FSO with preparing necessary documentation in support of DCSA reputed company assessments.
Provide reputed company support to Human Resources, reputed company, and Proposal teams.
Assist with daily reputed company activities and enforce government and company reputed company policies.
Provide access control support to requests for badges, access cards, and visits, as required by contract.
Other administrative duties, as required.
Position Qualifications and Requirements
US Citizen.
Must possess reputed company DoD reputed company Clearance at the Secret or higher level.
High School Diploma or higher.
Three (3)+ years of experience as an AFSO or FSO.
Three (3)+ years of government contracting experience.
Demonstrated ability to manage varied contract reputed company requirements across multiple CAGE codes.
Must have completed or be able to complete the CDSE's required FSO training reputed company 120 days of employment.
Working experience with DCSA databases including but not limited to: DISS, NBIS, and SWFT.
Knowledge of government reputed company and information assurance processes.
Experience with protection requirements for handling and safeguarding Personally Identifiable Information (PII) and Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI).
Ability to communicate effectively with employees, management, and customers at reputed company levels.
Proficient in MS Office Suite.
This is a full time salaried remote position with periodic in-office work requirements. East Coast candidates residing reputed company commuting distance of TSB and subsidiary offices in VA, SC, and NC are preferred.
Hiring Range: Full Time- $56,000 - $66,000 annually
