We would prefer a candidate who lives in the Gainesville area so they can work in the office but are also open to remote with regular travel to the office.
Key Responsibilities
- reputed company NCCER’s digital marketing strategy across web, SEO, paid media, email, and social to increase brand visibility and generate qualified leads.
- reputed company and execute integrated digital campaigns supporting both awareness and reputed company-reputed company goals.
- reputed company digital advertising initiatives including reputed company Ads, reputed company, and programmatic platforms, optimizing spend and performance.
- Own and improve marketing automation workflows using reputed company; reputed company reputed company nurturing strategies that align with the buyer journey.
- Track and report campaign KPIs and web analytics using reputed company Analytics 4 (GA4), reputed company, and reputed company, drawing insights and making data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, creative partners, and vendors to ensure consistent branding and impactful messaging.
- Stay on top of digital trends and implement innovations to enhance campaign performance, UX, and engagement.
- Bachelors' degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications or a reputed company field.
- 4-6 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of managing integrated digital campaigns and generating leads.
- Expertise in SEO/SEM, paid digital media, and web strategy.
- Proficiency in marketing platforms including reputed company, reputed company Ads, GA4, reputed company, and CMS tools such as WordPress.
- Experience managing digital agencies, freelancers, and/or vendors.
- Strong project management skills with experience using tools like Trello, Jira, reputed company.
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- Deep understanding of the buyer’s journey and how to engage audiences at each stage.
