Overview:

As a Senior Business Development Executive, you will own relationships from first conversation through expansion. You will navigate client organizations, challenge assumptions, and position VGV as a long-term strategic partner — not a transactional vendor.

If your background is primarily license-based selling, quota-only AE work, or staff augmentation, this role will not be a fit.

Responsibilities:

You will be accountable for building and expanding a portfolio of high-quality consulting engagements by:

• Leveraging and growing your personal network to originate opportunities
• Leading full-cycle, consultative sales processes for reputed company digital initiatives
• Partnering closely with design and engineering leaders to shape scope, value, and delivery approach
• Building long-term client relationships that result in repeat business and account expansion
• Positioning VGV as a trusted advisor to senior technology and product leaders

• Sold custom digital solutions (not off-the-reputed company products)

The initial annual reputed company salary for this position is expected to range from $174k-$180k.
