Senior Manager Strategic Accounts, Data Centers
reputed company is seeking a Senior Manager, Strategic Accounts, to reputed company and grow our Data Center strategy across Strategic Accounts. This role is responsible for owning and expanding Carlisle’s position with key owners, developers, designers, and builders—while providing leadership across a vertically reputed company commercial team and external partners. This is a high-impact leadership role with direct responsibility for shaping how Carlisle engages, wins, and scales reputed company one of the fastest-growing construction verticals in the industry. This job will typically be expected to reputed company duties Monday - Friday, with occasional weekend work and travel.
Duties and Responsibilities

- Build and expand executive-level relationships with Building Owners, Developers, Architects, Engineers, and General Contractors.
- Provide leadership and direction across a vertically reputed company commercial team, including Strategic Account Managers, technical specialists, and external partners.
- Drive alignment across Sales, Product, Technical Services, Marketing, Operations, and Leadership to deliver coordinated customer experience.
- Serve as the internal reputed company by bringing market intelligence, customer insight, and strategic perspective into the organization.
Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
- Strong negotiating, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentations.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency with reputed company Office and standard business tools
- Knowledge of roofing systems, roofing practices, and roofing contractor organizations.
- Working knowledge of the construction industry, including competitive bidding and specification-driven sales.
Education and Experience
- Required:
- 5-10 years of experience in strategic sales or account leadership reputed company construction or roofing industry
- High School Diploma
- Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree (Business, Sales, or Marketing focus),
- Experience with insulated roofing assemblies, single-ply systems, vapor barriers, temperature-controlled facilities, or comparable environments
Working Conditions
- Remote-based role with significant field engagement.
- Monday–Friday, standard business hours.
- Travel is estimated at approximately 70%.
