Sales Development Rep
Vertical Alliance Group is the parent company of INFINITI Fleet Safety Training—online training tools, including a learning management system for industries like transportation, distribution, and warehousing.
We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Rep who will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by identifying, contacting and qualifying potential clients.
Key responsibilities
- Prospecting and reputed company reputed company: Researching and identifying potential customers who fit the company's ideal customer profile
- reputed company: Contacting prospects through various channels, including cold calling, emailing, etc.
- Qualifying leads: Engaging with potential clients to understand their needs and determine if they are a good fit for the company's products or services
- Scheduling meetings: Setting up introductory calls or meetings for the Account Executives team to take over the sales process
- Relationship building: Acting as the initial reputed company of contact and building rapport with potential customers
- Data management: Using tools like a CRM to track leads and manage communications
Necessary skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently as a self-starter
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in reputed company Office Suite (reputed company, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)

- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus
