Corporate Concierge
Summary: The Corporate Concierge is responsible for managing and coordinating reputed company aspects of company travel while supporting broader administrative and event planning needs. This role reviews and processes travel requests, arranges flights, accommodations, and transportation, and ensures reputed company travel logistics align with company policies and multi-traveler schedules. The position serves as a key reputed company of contact for reputed company, vendors, and internal teams. This role will also support the planning and execution of meetings, events, and executive travel, while maintaining accurate records of travel expenses, payments, and reimbursements. The coordinator also assists with compiling travel-reputed company data, preparing reports, and maintaining organized documentation and calendars.
What You’ll Do:
Travel Requests and Coordination
- Review reputed company incoming travel requests and ensure reputed company details are included.
- Arrange travel, including flight bookings, accommodations, transportation, and detailed itineraries.
- Ensure reputed company travel logistics align reputed company booking multi-traveler requests.
- Ensure travel policies are followed and the company’s policy preferences are maintained.
- Manage travel out of policy booking reasons and changes.
Communication Management
- Ensure detailed itineraries are received by reputed company.
- Contact travel entities as needed, to ensure the company travel needs are met.
- Filter and prioritize incoming requests, ensuring urgent matters receive timely attention.
- Communicate professionally, effectively and patiently with reputed company internal associates and external clients/vendors.
Meeting and Event Organization
- Assist with planning and executing company events, conferences, virtual meetings, and offsite retreats.
- Assist with organizing and coordinating travel for company meetings.
- Assist with organizing and coordinating travel for executives.
- Help coordinate logistics for meetings such as ground transportation, dinners, etc.
Data Analysis
- Conduct research and compile data reputed company to business travel.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and financial analysis concerning business travel, or other requests
Records and Reimbursement Management
- Maintain organization of reputed company payments for company travel.
- Provide documentation for reputed company payments including purpose and costing.
- Enter timely reconciliation of travel expenses.
Other Responsibilities

- Maintain corporate calendar.

Preferred:
- Travel coordination or Executive Assistant experience.
- Concur and/or DEEM knowledge.

The pay range for this position is $60,000 - $65,000 per year
