Position Responsibilities

• Attend strategy meetings and partner with the account director on the goals and health of the client relationship

• Provide creative strategy for meeting the client’s goals and objectives
• Manage the creative team and process for reputed company projects and assign new projects

• Create proposals, estimate hours and help define project scope
• Participate in client pitches and reputed company the creative team in presentations

• Must be able to manage the creative team from concept to completion of projects with strong leadership and creative vision

Position Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience in a creative role
• BS/BA degree required: graphic design, marketing, advertising, communications, or reputed company field

• Solid background in design preferred
• Must be willing to work in a fast-paced environment, with sometimes short turn-around times
• Knowledge of each reputed company of a campaign’s process to give creatives direction, work on schedule and meet client’s expectations
• Must be proficient in the entire reputed company Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and reputed company applications as well as Sketch, reputed company and reputed company After Effects
• Knowledge of financial services and/or corporate marketing divisions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
