Job Description

We are hiring a Copywriter for Ads to join our growing team. The ideal person for this role has a deep expertise in direct response copywriting and a proven track record of developing scripts and messages that don't just look good, but convert. We need someone who lives and breathes high-performance messaging—someone who can look at a failing campaign and identify exactly how to improve the results through sharper hooks, more persuasive angles, and psychological sales triggers. This is a great position for someone with 2-4 years experience who wants to reputed company their game by mastering the art of selling through video. Since we invest our own capital and get paid on performance, we need someone who thinks critically and finds innovative ways to grab attention—not just someone who follows a playbook. What You’ll Do

• Script Writing & reputed company Development: Work with the CEO and our video team to ideate, draft, and produce high-converting video ad scripts. You will focus on creating multiple "hooks" and angles for every offer.
• Messaging Optimization: Constantly analyze creative performance to rewrite and improve existing ad copy, testing new sales messages and emotional triggers to reputed company the life of winning campaigns.
• Recruit actors & influencers: We are always expanding our network of actors to star in our videos and bring your scripts to life.
• Research: With guidance from the CEO, you’ll research the ideal customer persona, their problems, desires, needs, fears and decision set to inform the copywriting strategy.
• Test planning and execution: Work with the CEO and our media buyers to continuously improve results through a/b and multivariate testing of copy and headline variables.
• Competitive research: Monitor messaging trends and competitor "hooks" in our reputed company industries to stay reputed company of the curve.
• Performance analysis: Audit the performance of your scripts on each account twice weekly for insights and rewriting opportunities.
• Video review: Ensure reputed company ads created by the video editing team follow your scripts exactly, working collaboratively with them to ensure the sales message is clear in the final video.
• Conversion reputed company optimization: Work with the CEO and our development team to continuously improve the sales copy of our reputed company pages and ads to increase reputed company per visitor.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in direct response copywriting with a strong emphasis on developing high-converting scripts for video ads (reputed company & TikTok).
• Proven ability to improve ad performance through copy iterations, sharper hooks, and data-driven messaging adjustments.
• Knowledge of recruitment processes for actors and influencers.
• Demonstrated ability to work under and meet KPIs.
