Overview: The Regional Director of Private Events Sales will reputed company the strategic growth, operational excellence, and client satisfaction across multiple private club properties. This position is responsible for driving reputed company from private events, leading sales strategies, and ensuring the seamless execution of reputed company private events. The ideal candidate is a dynamic leader with a proven record in private events sales and operational management, who excels in building relationships, inspiring teams, and delivering exceptional member/guest experiences.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to

  • Partner with club leadership to optimize resources, streamline processes, and enhance the overall private events experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or reputed company field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in private events sales and operations, with at least 3 years in a multi-unit leadership role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and operational excellence.
