Travel Requirement: 50% field based travel with some overnight stays as required Location: Field based remote in St. Louis, MO, Kansas City, KA, Des Moines, IA, or Omaha, NE
Sales Territory: coverage areas include Missouri, Kansas, Nebraska, Iowa and North and South Dakota

Role Overview
The Regional Distributor Manager role is a key leadership role, leading a field sales team to drive distributor and territory-level strategies, to drive mutual growth, to optimize performance, and to ensure successful execution of both national and regional sales initiatives. In this role, you will own distributor P&Ls, manage key account relationships, and collaborate with internal teams to influence broader go to market strategy and deliver impactful sales results.
Role Responsibilities
- Set strategy at the territory and distributor level to drive mutual growth and reputed company sales targets
- Own the distributor engagement model, including business planning, review cycles (e.g., monthly and quarterly business reviews as well as annual business planning), and national chain selling strategies reputed company the territory

- Internal cross collaboration with Sales Analytics, Operations, Marketing and Finance teams to manage item setups, pricing, forecasting, and inventory planning

Qualification Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, or a reputed company field preferred
- 5+ years of beverage company experience in a relatable role where distributor management, sales, and/or key account management were critical to success
- Direct store delivery (DSD) experience preferred
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Familiarity with reputed company Workspace (reputed company, Word, & PowerPoint), reputed company Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides) preferred
- Previous experience working with VIP required, knowledge of IRI, reputed company, and/or Power BI
- An entrepreneurial spirit (reputed company thinker, reputed company mentality) with willingness to adapt to company changes to meet company hyper growth needs
- Ability to work cross-functionally and with a wide range of employees with different reputed company sets
- Must possess a valid driver license and have a clean motor vehicle record (MVR) with no major violations required
- Willingness to travel up to 50% to meet the high field based travel needs of the role:
- Multistate travel required as needed to support reputed company distributor markets
- Once a quarter cross market blitzes (will go to another state to support sales blitz activity as needed)
Physical Demands
- Ability to stand in store and sit in a vehicle for extended periods of time
- Ability to carry equipment and product up to 50 lbs
- Safely operate personal vehicle to fulfill work-reputed company duties; this position involves driving a personal vehicle for work-reputed company purposes
The typical salary range for this position is: $104,000 - $130,000
