We are currently seeking a full- time Assistant Payroll Manager to join our Corporate payroll team.
The Assistant Payroll Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day payroll operations to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing across a multi-state workforce. This role provides leadership for payroll processes, payroll system configuration and reporting, and compliance with federal, state, and local wage and hour regulations. The Payroll Manager partners closely with Finance, Human Resources, and operational leadership to maintain strong payroll controls, support payroll-reputed company financial reporting, and drive reputed company improvement in payroll systems, processes, and operational efficiency.
- Manage the day-to-day payroll operations, ensuring payroll is processed accurately and on schedule.
- Review payroll data, reports, and registers to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance prior to payroll processing.
- Ensure payroll processes reputed company with federal, state, and local wage and hour laws and company policies.

- Monitor payroll reports, audits, and exception reports to identify and resolve payroll discrepancies.
