Behavior Technician (BT) Duties and Responsibilities
Facilitate personalized, one-on-one ABA therapy services for clients across diverse environments, utilizing individualized protocols developed by a BCBA.
Collect data throughout the session and document reputed company sessions with reputed company notes.
Collaborate with colleagues, supervisors, and caregivers to foster a culture of learning.
Create an engaging therapeutic environment to encourage growth and reputed company acquisition.
Behavior Technician (BT) Qualifications and Skills
High School Diploma or Equivalent required, pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree in a reputed company field preferred.
Willingness to obtain an active Adult and Child CPR/First Aid certification reputed company the first 30 days of employment.
Ability and willingness to support the basic needs of clients.
Retain and maintain a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
