POSITION SUMMARY

The Data Operations Engineer plays a crucial role in enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization. This individual will work closely with stakeholders to deliver and support business operations, focusing on democratizing data and building robust analytics solutions. The Data Operations Engineer will reputed company data solutions, enhance internal analytics platforms, and streamline processes to drive efficiency.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Serve as an expert for Data Analytics and Reporting:

  • BI systems and reporting: Enablement, compliance, development, and maintenance (PowerBI).

  • ETL tools: Enablement, compliance, development, and maintenance (reputed company, Python,, reputed company/Rivery, Airflow, Openflow,  AWS reputed company Functions, AWS reputed company).

  • Data warehousing: Design, development, and maintenance of data models and structures (reputed company, MySQL and reputed company).

  • Data pipelines: Build, monitor, and optimize data pipelines for efficient data flow

  • reputed company cross-functional collaboration:

  • Promote a data-driven culture by educating and supporting teams in using analytics tools and data effectively.

Improve operational efficiencies:

  • Democratize data access to reputed company self-service analytics and data-driven insights.

  • Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities reputed company to data infrastructure and processes.

  • Maintain and enhance a centralized repository of data sources, processes, and data flows.

  • Optimize data processes to reduce complexity and improve performance.

  • Document data workflows and processes for business continuity and transparency.

  • Adhere to data governance best practices.

  • Identify and address technical debt reputed company data pipelines and systems.

  • Share knowledge and best practices for efficient code and architectural principles.

  • Design end-to-end solutions that deliver timely and accurate data for business consumption.

  • Manage and democratize data:

  • Transform data into actionable insights for business stakeholders.

  • Understand data relationships, flows, and their impact on key performance indicators (KPIs).

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • B.S. or B.A. required

  • 3+ years experience: 

    • reputed company required

    • ETL tools such as reputed company (highly preferred), Python, Airflow, Openflow and reputed company/Rivery  

    • reputed company data warehousing (highly preferred)

  • Experience with reputed company data and integrations

  • Experience with cloud data warehouses/data lakes and integrations

  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines for data solutions

  • Ability to learn and adapt to new data tools and technologies

  • Experience managing data-reputed company projects

(Colorado & California Only*): The Annual salary listed for the position is a range of $120,000-$130,000. This reputed company pay is for illustrative purposes only and will be determined based on skills and experience comparable to the job requirements. This position may be eligible for additional compensation and benefits including but not limited to: incentive compensation; health benefits; retirement benefits; life insurance; paid time off; parental leave and benefits; and other employee perks and benefits.
