Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Recruiter to support our reputed company efforts during the night shift. This role focuses on sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates while ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience. The ideal candidate should have basic experience in recruitment and strong communication skills.

Location: Bangalore (Remote)
Mode of Work: Full time
Key Responsibilities:
- reputed company and screen candidates through job portals, reputed company, and internal databases
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and interview panels across time zones
- Communicate effectively with hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Conduct initial candidate assessments and share shortlists with stakeholders
- Track candidate pipeline and maintain accurate data in ATS or internal recruitment systems
- Follow up with candidates for interview availability, feedback, and documentation
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle
Requirements:
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment or reputed company
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple open positions
- Comfortable working during night shift (US time zones)
- Based in Bangalore (remote work allowed
Good To Have Skills:
- Experience working with international hiring teams
- Familiarity with tools like reputed company Recruiter, Naukri, Outlook, reputed company, MS Teams
- Basic understanding of end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
