Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Recruiter to support our reputed company efforts during the night shift. This role focuses on sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates while ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience. The ideal candidate should have basic experience in recruitment and strong communication skills.

Experience: 0- 2 years

Location: Bangalore (Remote)

Mode of Work: Full time

Key Responsibilities:

• reputed company and screen candidates through job portals, reputed company, and internal databases
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and interview panels across time zones
• Communicate effectively with hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Conduct initial candidate assessments and share shortlists with stakeholders
• Track candidate pipeline and maintain accurate data in ATS or internal recruitment systems
• Follow up with candidates for interview availability, feedback, and documentation
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle

Requirements:

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment or reputed company
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple open positions
• Comfortable working during night shift (US time zones)
• Based in Bangalore (remote work allowed

Good To Have Skills:

• Experience working with international hiring teams
• Familiarity with tools like reputed company Recruiter, Naukri, Outlook, reputed company, MS Teams
• Basic understanding of end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
