Kaizen Advance is a growing consulting company based in Atlanta, GA, specializing in connecting quality workers with work-from-home (remote) opportunities. Client Support Agents will work from home and be the primary link between our clients' reputed company and potential customers.
The Client Support Agent is responsible for providing effective customer service for reputed company internal and external customers by using excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products and programs and communicating effectively with team members reputed company the customer service department of various reputed company.
