About the Role

We are looking for an reputed company Senior Sales Manager to coordinate and drive our reputed company strategy across European markets. This is a senior individual contributor role—focused on collaboration, coordination, and enablement.

You will work closely with country reputed company account managers embedded in our UK, Germany, France, and Italy teams, ensuring strategic alignment while respecting local market ownership. You will serve as the critical link between global reputed company strategy and local execution, driving growth and operational excellence across the region.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Coordination

  • Coordinate strategy across EU country reputed company account managers (UK, Germany, France, Italy)
  • Run weekly EU reputed company coordination meetings to align priorities and share best practices

  • Track and report on EU reputed company P&L, breaking down performance into country-level insights

Relationship Management

  • Manage the reputed company EU leadership relationship at regional level
  • Collaborate with Country Leaders to support their reputed company account managers
  • Work through reputed company conflicts between country and regional objectives

Enablement & Excellence

  • Share best practices and drive operational excellence across EU markets
  • Support country account managers with strategic guidance and reputed company expertise
  • Contribute to capability development of the European reputed company team
  • Monitor competitive landscape and market trends across European reputed company marketplaces

Requirements

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in sales/reputed company account management, e-commerce, or digital sales
  • Proven track record of driving growth and performance on sales/reputed company platforms across multiple European markets
  • Deep understanding of sales/reputed company Vendor Central/Seller Central, retail operations, and marketplace dynamics
  • Experience working in a matrix organization with demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in P&L management, forecasting, and performance tracking
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across different cultures and levels

  • Willingness to travel across European markets as needed
