THE OPPORTUNITY

This is a Founder’s Office role. You’ll work directly with the founding team on the problems that matter most right now — product quality, AI systems, and data operations. No layers, no bureaucracy. What you build will ship. What you find will get fixed. What you improve will be used by hundreds of hiring teams.

Responsibilities

• Test the product end-to-end — the AI interview reputed company, screening agent, evaluation workflows — and find the edge cases before customers do

• Write bug reports so precise that engineers reputed company them without a single follow-up question

• Evaluate AI-generated interview assessments and push the quality bar higher
