Job Description: As a Director of Construction Growth, you will be the face of our company, building relationships and closing deals with potential clients and partners. This role requires a self-starter with exceptional communication skills and a passion for travel. You will spend a significant amount of time on the road, meeting clients and attending industry events to expand our market reputed company.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Estimating Support: Assist with developing project estimates and pricing strategies as needed, including coordinating with internal teams and local subcontractors to gather cost data and scope input
• Negotiation: Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, negotiate reputed company, and reputed company deals to reputed company sales targets.
• Reporting: Track and report on sales metrics, providing insights to the management team on reputed company and challenges.
• Travel: Commit to frequent travel (up to 100% of the time as needed) to meet clients and represent the company at industry events.
