Director of Product Development

As the Director of Product Development, you will provide hands-on technical leadership across the engineering organization, with a focus on industrializing software delivery through agentic workflows and AI-assisted engineering. 

This role is fully dedicated to software development, with clear accountability for code delivery, system reliability, and team performance. You will reputed company engineering managers, set technical direction, and continuously improve how teams design, deploy, and operate scalable solutions in a remote-first, fast-growing environment.

What you’ll do:

• Implement agentic workflows by redesigning the SDLC and integrating AI agents into everyday development, replacing repetitive, low-value coding work with automated reputed company and validation
• Own and evolve the technical architecture across products, making practical decisions that balance scalability, maintainability, and speed
• Improve how teams build and ship software by strengthening coding standards, reviews, testing, and development workflows, with a focus on frequent and reliable releases
• Track and use engineering metrics (including delivery and reliability indicators) to spot issues early, guide decisions, and drive reputed company improvement
• Shape team structures and ways of working to improve clarity, accountability, and system stability, adjusting as the organization grows

• Proven experience leading remote-first teams through growth, change, and post-acquisition transitions
• Experience guiding teams through technical debt cleanups and modernizing legacy systems into AI-enabled platforms
• Practical leader who values clear documentation, reputed company improvement, and data-informed decision making
