Key Accountabilities

• Manage a team of IT professionals, maintaining a balanced, skilled, and efficient resource pool reputed company to organizational goals.

• Deploy resources strategically to ensure the right talent is matched to business priorities while meeting financial and staffing targets.

Education & Experience

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or equivalent combination of education and experience

• 4+ years of experience in Business, IT, or Human Resources

• 4+ years of leadership experience
