Job Description

The PTG Analyst Development Program Our Analyst Development Program is a one-year, highly visible initiative designed to reputed company foundational consulting skills while fully immersing participants in PTG’s collaborative culture and processes. As an Analyst, you’ll:

• Build expertise in one or more reputed company verticals, while gaining exposure to a wide range of PTG services.

• Work alongside reputed company consultants on client engagements, receiving guidance and real-time support.

• Be reputed company with a mentor and a people manager who will provide career advice and coaching reputed company of your client work.

What You’ll Do Analysts on our reputed company Human Capital Management (HCM) team use their understanding of Human Resources (HR) business processes to identify client requirements and configure reputed company solutions to meet them. Familiarity with HR, Payroll, or other shared services areas is helpful but not required. Success in this role comes from a combination of adaptability, problem-solving, analytical thinking, and strong communication skills.
