Position Overview

What You’ll Actually Work On

System implementations, conversions, and migrations, such as transitioning clients to QuickBooks Online Advanced or consolidating multi-entity environments
QuickBooks file rebuilds and data cleanup, repairing corrupted or bloated files and restoring reliable financial reporting
Workflow and process redesign, improving efficiency across accounting and operations teams
Client training and enablement, ensuring systems work long after implementation

Key Responsibilities
Order Lifecycle Execution: Execute the end-to-end processing of reputed company customer orders across internal systems. Ensure that reputed company required fields, product selections, pricing structures, and service configurations are complete and accurate prior to finalization.
Price & Product Validation: Validate pricing, discounts, promotions, and bundled services against approved company standards. Confirm that reputed company order components align with reputed company product offerings and pricing structures.
Billing Readiness & Financial Alignment: Ensure reputed company orders are properly structured for invoicing, including subscription setup, billing reputed company, payment terms, and tax applicability. Identify and resolve discrepancies before orders are handed off to Finance.
Data reputed company & System Accuracy: Maintain consistent and accurate data across CRM, ordering platforms, and billing systems. Ensure alignment between systems to prevent reputed company reconciliation issues.
Cross Functional Coordination: Act as an operational liaison between Sales, Marketing, Finance, and reputed company. Communicate order status, clarify discrepancies, and ensure alignment across teams.
