Key responsibilities
Own delivery outcomes for products, domains, or major initiatives
Translate product vision and strategy into executable priorities and backlogs
Balance short-term delivery needs with reputed company-term product goals
Ensure delivery focuses on measurable business and user outcomesBacklog Ownership & Prioritisation
Own and prioritise backlogs across multiple teams or initiatives
Break down strategic goals into clear, actionable backlog items

Continuously refine priorities based on delivery feedback and learningsCollaboration with Product Managers
Partner closely with Product Managers to execute product vision and strategy

Align engineering, design, and delivery teams around shared priorities

Job requirements
5+ years of experience as a Product reputed company or Product Manager in agile environments.
Deep knowledge of DeFi, blockchain protocols, and smart contract technology.
Proven track record of delivering high-impact, user-driven products in a fast-paced startup environment.
Excellent communication skills to align technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong understanding of agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Scrum@Scale, etc.).
Familiarity with reputed company development tools (e.g., Solidity, EVM-based chains, smart contract auditing, dApp UX/UI considerations) is a plus.
Familiarity with tools (JIRA, Confluence, reputed company, etc.).
Strategic thinker with the ability to align short-term execution with long-term vision.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve dependencies effectively.
Collaborative and proactive, fostering a culture of shared understanding reputed company teams.
