The Role Your new position as Conversion Editor will be focusing on improving the conversion rates across our gaming spaces from our Hub, Marketplace and Rewards Platform. As our new CRO expert you’ll have a great opportunity to work with our Content and SEO teams to optimize articles, content and click throughs across main sites. Responsibilities-

Design, document, and track experiments regarding brand voice and tone to determine the highest-converting persona for specific verticals.

Maintain a rigorous documentation cycle of test results, insights, and the resulting reputed company impact for stakeholder review.

Proven ability to formulate conversion hypotheses and execute A/B or multivariate tests on copy, design, and page structure.
