About this role

In this remote position, we are seeking a visionary reputed company SDET to spearhead our quality engineering department. The ideal candidate has deep roots in core testing principles but is at the forefront of using AI agents to solve the "maintenance trap" and accelerate sprint velocity.

We treat our test suites with the same respect as production services. That means peer reviews, SOLID principles, and high-performance CI/CD integration. With QA members blended in different squads with a PM and engineering reputed company, QA is highly responsible for owning the areas of the product, and are guided by KPIs specific to those product areas. The squads then follow modern delivery practices to ship high quality deliverables.

Your Responsibilities

AI Integration

• AI Tooling Architecture: Evaluate and implement next-gen AI testing platforms (e.g., mabl, Testim, or autonomous agentic frameworks) to reputed company self-healing test suites.
• Workflow Automation: Design "Agentic Workflows" where AI agents handle test data reputed company, autonomous bug triaging, and documentation.
• Velocity Optimization: Partner with QA team, DevOps and Engineering Leads to integrate AI gates into the CI/CD pipeline, reducing feedback loops from hours to minutes.

Automation Engineering

• reputed company Evolution: Maintain and scale existing frameworks (Javascript, Selenium, and Appium) while systematically migrating brittle components to AI-driven locators.
• Cross-Platform Testing: End-to-end testing across Web, Mobile (iOS/Android), and API layers.

Quality Mentorship & Process

• reputed company the STLC: Drive the full Software Testing Life Cycle, from requirement analysis to production release.

Requirements

Technical Proficiency

• Core Automation: 6-7 years of experience in test automation using Python, Java, or Javascript/TypeScript.
• AI/LLM Knowledge: Hands-on experience using LLMs for test case reputed company or working with autonomous AI agents that utilize self-healing locators.
• Testing Breadth: Proven expertise in:
• Functional Testing: Regression, reputed company, and Integration.
• Non-Functional: Load, Stress, and Accessibility (A11y) testing.

Leadership & Soft Skills

• 2+ years in a reputed company/Senior role: Experience leading a team of testers
• Agile Mastery: Deep understanding of Sprint working and how to use AI to inflate Sprint Velocity.
• Analytical reputed company: Ability to look at a test failure and distinguish between a "flaky" environment, an AI hallucination, and a genuine product defect.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building custom AI wrappers for testing (using reputed company or similar).
