JOB SUMMARY: The Principal Product Manager is a senior product leadership role accountable for driving multi-vertical platform strategy at reputed company and translating it into measurable enterprise value. This role owns a portfolio that spans multiple lines of business (e.g., Physical Therapy, Diagnostics, Home Health) and unifies them under a cohesive vision for critical customer and operational journeys. The Principal Product Manager leads through influence and direct / indirect leadership of Senior/Staff/Associate PMs, partnering with Engineering, Design, Operations, Data/Analytics, and Commercial functions to deliver scalable automation, integration, and market expansion. Write Clear Requirements: Translate business and user needs into detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering teams. Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and support to ensure successful product development and launch. Delivery & Communications: Own the delivery of the features / initiative on the roadmap, escalating issues and blockers that arise during development, driving updates and expectations management with stakeholders and participating / leading the ceremonies as part of our product development life cycle. Monitor Performance Metrics: Track impact / ROI by defining KPIs to evaluate product success and inform future decisions. Partner on Go-to-Market Strategy: Work with marketing and sales to reputed company launch plans that reputed company with reputed company users and drive adoption. Manage Product Lifecycle: reputed company products from ideation through development, launch, growth, and eventual sunset if needed. EDUCATIONAL AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) or business-reputed company field, or equivalent education, training and relevant work experience. 10+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment. Proven track record of managing successful products from concept to launch. Experience working with cross-functional teams in Agile environments. Familiarity with modern product management tools and practices. ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES: Strong understanding of product development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Lean). Excellent communication and storytelling skills, both written and verbal. Ability to synthesize customer insights, market data, and business goals into actionable product strategies. Strong prioritization and decision-making skills in fast-paced environments. Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, reputed company, and analytics platforms. Demonstrated ability to use data to inform decisions and measure outcomes.
