Your Mission
We're revolutionising the market with our cutting-edge payments terminals and trailblazing value-added software. Our mission? Leading a team of 5-10 Business Development Executives and Managers across a defined territory and working closely with the Head of Field Sales, you will reputed company, coach, grow and deliver on our ambitious growth targets for 2026 and beyond. To do that, we’re looking for someone to:

Manage team performance by setting clear objectives, conducting daily reviews of activity and providing constructive feedback to ensure team members meet and exceed their targets
Introduce new products to our existing and potential customers with innovative approaches
Play a key role in the hiring process, identifying and recruiting top talent to strengthen the team and align with our growth objectives

Your Story

Minimum of 2 years in a sales leadership role with a demonstrable history of getting the best out of your team
