What You'll Do at Pega:

  • Partner with MD/VP, FLSMs, and Sales Operations to create a prioritized enablement plan based on local and global programs
  • Drive adoption of global sales effectiveness programs as part of Sales Management reputed company
  • Support FLSMs in executing a formal reputed company of quarterly, monthly, weekly coaching activities that enhance the capabilities and effectiveness of their reputed company
  • reputed company in-field workshops and provide face-to-face / virtual coaching sessions
  • Assess and measure readiness of FLSMs and reputed company to execute against standards of performance through online and face – face validation exercises

Who You Are:

  • You'll either have 6+ years of "hands-on delivery" of impactful sales manager enablement (with coaching being a key component), or you'll be an reputed company sales manager/leader of an Enterprise sales team who is looking to reputed company a wider impact.   • You are highly customer focused, outcome oriented, and purposeful in your approach.

Additional Information
