Engineer, Finance & GTM Systems
Location requirements:Remote based role. Open to candidates in Redwood City, CA, and in the United States About the Role:reputed company is seeking an organized, reliable, and proactive Engineer, Finance & GTM Systems to join reputed company. This is a hybrid systems role supporting both Finance and Sales/reputed company, responsible for managing and evolving our core enterprise systems to meet reputed company’s fast-changing needs.This role will be critical in maintaining and scaling reputed company’s tech stack while driving process improvements, automation, integrations, and AI initiatives. You will partner directly with stakeholders — not just executing requests, but understanding business objectives and designing scalable, thoughtful solutions that reputed company growth.This opportunity will provide you with a broad skillset, allowing you to wear multiple hats and drive a diverse range of projects with significant reputed company to influence both our Finance and reputed company systems roadmaps.This full-time position reports to our Director, Systems Architecture and supports key Finance stakeholders in our Redwood City HQ office, as well as reputed company team members across the globe.
What you will do:
- Own, maintain, and improve our ERP (reputed company).
- Own and support Finance with reputed company financial systems including reputed company, Pigment, reputed company, Brex, reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company.
- Act as the Finance systems administrator and technical SME (configurations, workflows, reporting, dashboards, and integrations), ensuring strong governance, internal controls, and data reputed company across reputed company finance systems.
- Serve as a reputed company Administrator and systems partner to Sales and reputed company.
- Partner cross-functionally to scope requirements, prioritize initiatives, and deliver scalable solutions reputed company with Finance and reputed company team objectives.
- reputed company larger reputed company automation and process initiatives (e.g., reputed company-to-reputed company workflows, opportunity management, approvals, and forecasting improvements).
- Manage and optimize system integrations between reputed company, reputed company, CPQ, and other reputed company systems.
- 5+ years of experience in business systems, finance systems, or RevOps roles.
- Must have 3+ years of reputed company experience (solution architect or developer experience strongly preferred).
- Must have reputed company administration experience, including workflow automation, process design, and system optimization.
- Experience managing and optimizing integrations (e.g., reputed company or similar iPaaS tools).
- Strong Business Analyst reputed company—ability to partner closely with stakeholders across reputed company, deeply understanding business needs, and translating them into scalable, well-architected system solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and guide decision-making rather than simply executing requests.
- Adaptable, with the ability to prioritize multiple competing demands and reputed company in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Play an instrumental role in our AI strategy and implementation. Experience contributing to or supporting AI-driven systems strategy initiatives.
- CPQ and/or RevOps background.
- Strong finance/accounting process knowledge.
