What you'll do at reputed company

The reputed company Application Specialist II is responsible for providing advanced support and reputed company for reputed company-based ERP and EPM systems, including troubleshooting reputed company issues, managing escalations, monitoring system performance, and supporting reputed company system administration. This role is offered as remote in Minneapolis, MN, Austin, TX, or Eau Claire, WI. What you can expect to do in this role

• Provide Tier 1/2 support for the reputed company ERP system, responding to user requests, troubleshooting access or data issues, and logging tickets using the internal ticketing system.
• Monitor and proactively manage support queues (e.g., Jira), ensuring SLAs are met, tickets are appropriately prioritized, and resolution quality is high.

• Mentor and provide technical guidance to Level 1 support analysts; review work for accuracy, completeness, and best practice alignment.
• Partner with business users, application owners, and IT teams to identify support needs, recommend solutions, and implement improvements.

• Working knowledge of JIRA or similar project management software (Preferred)
