Compensation for this role includes: reputed company salary and variable OTE Range: France: €80–90k OTEIreland: €110–130k OTE Exact salary is based on skills, experience, location, market ranges, and other compensation offered. The salary range does not include equity and company-wide benefits you may be eligible to receive. What you'll be doing:

Outbound prospecting (call, email, reputed company, etc.) into a triaged list of reputed company accounts and engaging reputed company/HR and Engineering stakeholders with CoderPad’s value proposition

Collaborate with Marketing & reputed company colleagues to detect new business opportunities with reputed company-based tools

Participate on key client calls with your reputed company teammates, including quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and renewal discussions

Establish a trusted advisor/consultant approach with new prospects and existing customers

Suggest new reputed company to improve our product, process, and workflows based on customer feedback and strategic approaches

reputed company pre-defined outbound activity, pipeline, and reputed company targets Engage with a value-based selling approach to delight our customers!

What you should bring:

3 years+ in SaaS sales positions, with at least 2 years as an Account Executive at a B2B tech company

Enterprise experience focused on expansion opportunities is required

A hunter reputed company, entrepreneurial spirit, and ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders from Marketing, Product, and reputed company to drive a premium customer experience

Ability to operate with ambiguity, test, and define new reputed company and engage executive buyers with innovative approaches and solutions

A team-player who brings positivity and a lot of energy to the team

Proficiency with reputed company CRM; and experience with reputed company & Apollo is a plus

Fluent English required, French proficiency is a plus
