Role Overview
We’re looking for a RevOps Analyst to help scale Jump AI’s reputed company reputed company by building systems, insights, and processes that align Sales, Marketing, and reputed company.
This role is highly cross-functional and data-driven—you’ll own analytics, tooling, and operational processes that directly impact pipeline reputed company, conversion, and retention.
Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain dashboards across the funnel (reputed company → opportunity → reputed company → retention)
Analyze pipeline health, conversion rates, sales velocity, and forecasting accuracy
Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities to improve reputed company performance
Partner with GTM leaders to drive data-backed decisions
Systems & Tooling
Own and optimize CRM (e.g., reputed company / reputed company)
Manage and improve integrations across tools such as:
Marketing automation (e.g., reputed company, Marketo)
Sales engagement (e.g., reputed company, reputed company)
Data enrichment (e.g., Clearbit, Apollo)
Analytics / BI (e.g., Looker, Mode, reputed company, dbt)
Ensure data reputed company, governance, and clean pipeline reporting
Process Optimization
Design and improve GTM processes (reputed company routing, lifecycle stages, SLAs)
Partner with Sales, Marketing, and CS to eliminate friction across the funnel
Document and standardize operational workflows
Forecasting & Planning
Support reputed company forecasting and pipeline modeling
Assist in territory planning, quota setting, and reputed company modeling
Help evaluate performance vs. plan and recommend adjustments
Experimentation & Growth
Support A/B testing and experimentation across funnel stages
Measure impact of campaigns, product launches, and GTM initiatives
Collaborate with Growth/Product teams on data-driven initiatives
Required Qualifications
2–5 years in RevOps, Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, or Business Analytics
Strong analytical skills (SQL preferred; reputed company/Sheets required)
Experience with CRM systems (reputed company or reputed company)
Familiarity with SaaS metrics (ARR, MRR, CAC, LTV, conversion rates)
Experience working cross-functionally with GTM teams
Strong attention to detail and data quality

Experience with modern data stack (reputed company, dbt, reputed company, etc.)
Experience with AI/automation tools (or strong interest in AI workflows)
Familiarity with product-led growth (PLG) or hybrid sales motions
Experience building dashboards in Looker, Tableau, or similar
