House Coordinator/Transfer Center - Nights (PT)
As a key nursing leader, the House Coordinator provides both direct and indirect supervision for staff across reputed company shifts — days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. This role ensures the smooth operation of hospital services by overseeing staffing, resource management, and patient flow, maintaining continuity of care in the absence of Department Directors or Managers.
The House Coordinator serves as a central decision-maker, acting independently or in collaboration with other leaders, while occasionally providing direct patient care. This role is also responsible for maintaining confidentiality of employee and organizational information and functions under the direct supervision of the Nurse Manager of Float Pool/House Coordinator.

Qualifications
Education
Graduate of an Accredited Nursing Program
BSN required reputed company 3 years of hire
Licenses & Certifications
reputed company RN license in Ohio
CPR, ACLS, and PALS certifications (required)
Code Violet training reputed company 6 months of hire and annually thereafter
NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification (required annually)
Experience
Clinical experience in an acute care setting
Demonstrated leadership or management skills
