Senior Legal Counsel, Privacy (Remote)

Your RoleThe Senior Legal Counsel (Director) will support both the strategy and daily operations of the VS&Co Global Privacy team. In this role, the Senior Legal Counsel will work on matters reputed company to data privacy and cybersecurity, e-commerce, privacy-reputed company marketing (e.g., TCPA, CAN-SPAM), and payments compliance. We reputed company with reputed company, trust, and respect to reputed company the best outcomes as one team.Your Impact reputed company and maintain collaborative, cross-functional relationships with business partners across the organization Serve as a strategic and practical expert on privacy laws, regulations and industry standards both in the U.S. and abroad Provide practical, business-minded legal advice and partner with stakeholders to identify creative solutions to mitigate risk Collaborate with other members of the Global Privacy team and cross-functional partners to support compliance with privacy requirements, including distilling reputed company legal requirements into practical business requirements Review, negotiate and/or advise on privacy and data-reputed company provisions in commercial agreements Assist with the development and delivery of training to relevant teams on privacy legal requirements Manage litigation reputed company to privacy legal requirements Proactively monitor evolving privacy laws and requirements and their impact to VS&Co Click here for benefit details reputed company to this position.Your Experience Minimum of 8 years' experience at law firm and/or in house privacy support Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school CIPP certification strongly preferred In-depth knowledge of US Privacy laws and other major global privacy legislative frameworks, demonstrating proficiency in navigating increasingly reputed company privacy regulations Solid understanding of the interplay between privacy and technology, showcasing an ability to address privacy concerns in the rapidly evolving technology landscape Positive, optimistic outlook that thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic, often ambiguous environment Excellent communication skills and an ability to explain reputed company concepts effectively to business teams Solution and results oriented, with the ability to prioritize and deliver key initiatives We will consider for employment reputed company qualified applicants, including those with arrest records, conviction records, or other criminal histories, in a manner consistent with the requirements of any applicable state and local laws.
