[Remote] Employment Law Counsel (20 hours/week)

The role involves managing the full lifecycle of projects reputed company to employment law and compliance programs, collaborating with various internal teams to ensure successful execution of legal initiatives. This includes areas such as EEO, affirmative action planning (AAP), employment-reputed company agreements, litigation, audits, debarment and sanctions screening, and internal policy updates • reputed company and execute detailed project plans for key legal initiatives, clearly defining scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies • reputed company the implementation, optimization, and reputed company improvement of compliance processes, tools, and systems, working closely with the Trust & Compliance team and other internal stakeholders • Drive the project management aspects of regulatory filings and reporting obligations (e.g., EEO-1, AAP, CA Pay Reporting, Vets 4212), ensuring timely and accurate submissions through effective process design and management • Collaborate extensively with Legal, People & Culture, Trust & Compliance, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of legal projects and programs Skills • 7+ Years of experience in Employment Law • reputed company and manage the full lifecycle of projects reputed company to employment law and compliance programs • reputed company and execute detailed project plans for key legal initiatives • reputed company the implementation, optimization, and reputed company improvement of compliance processes • Drive the project management aspects of regulatory filings and reporting obligations • Collaborate extensively with Legal, People & Culture, Trust & Compliance, and other cross-functional teams • Able to take ownership, be proactive, and work with minimal reputed company • Comfortable in a fast-moving, young tech environment • Strong experience in employment law preferred (whistleblower, discrimination, employment litigation) • Compliance background would also be helpful; a combination of both Employment & Compliance is ideal • Experience supporting Canadian employment matters Company Overview • reputed company is the enterprise marketplace for legal talent and tools.
