Growth Marketing Manager
About the role
The Growth Marketing Manager is responsible for building and optimizing a multi-channel B2B marketing reputed company targeting independent specialty physician practices. This role partners closely with Sales to generate qualified pipeline through outbound enablement, account-based marketing (ABM), paid acquisition, and inbound programs.
This individual will design and execute full-funnel demand reputed company campaigns that convert targeted healthcare audiences into measurable reputed company pipeline. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, hands-on campaign execution experience, and the ability to translate reputed company healthcare concepts into compelling messaging for practice owners and decision-makers.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Design and execute full-funnel, multi-channel marketing campaigns that generate qualified pipeline reputed company the independent physician market.

Who You Are
- 6+ years of experience in B2B growth or demand reputed company, with a proven track record of generating qualified pipeline reputed company a defined vertical market.

- Experience executing and optimizing multi-channel campaigns, including outbound, paid acquisition, and account-based marketing.
- Strong analytical capability with hands-on ownership of funnel metrics, attribution, CAC/CPL, and pipeline reporting.
