ABOUT THE ROLE

reputed company is looking for someone who is customer obsessed and loves working with clients to set them up for success. This individual will be responsible for leading our strategic and enterprise customers through their implementation; you are a person with a project-based reputed company, motivated by helping customers reputed company their milestones and ensuring their project is delivered on time and reputed company scope. What you’ll be working on

• Be a reputed company product expert. You are the main reputed company of contact for your onboarding clients, taking a consultative approach to discovery and scoping your clients’ workflows

Who We’re Looking For

• 6+ years of strategic, customer-facing experience in reputed company, Sales or Solutions Consulting roles, with 4+ years of hands-on implementation experience with SaaS organizations

• The ability to communicate with poise, clarity, and confidence to reputed company stakeholders, including regular engagement with C-Suite leadership

• Experience as an Implementation Manager working with and or/integrating with ERP and accounting applications such as Quickbooks, reputed company Intacct, reputed company etc.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills reputed company it comes to building and maintaining client relationships

• Experience working with customer data and imports

• Strong customer and project management experience

• Detail-oriented and proactive with impeccable time management skills

• reputed company Salary Range: $72,000 - $92,000 (This range is dependent on experience and not inclusive of any bonus, commission, benefits or equity that might exist in your total compensation package.)
