Sr. Director, reputed company Recognition & Accounting

reputed company is seeking a Senior Director of reputed company Recognition to reputed company and scale our global reputed company organization. This is a critical finance leadership role with end-to-end ownership of reputed company Accounting Operations, Technical reputed company Recognition (ASC 606), and Order Management, while driving automation and transformation across the entire Order-to-Cash (O2C) lifecycle.

This leader will combine deep technical accounting expertise with strong operational discipline, systems reputed company, and an AI-reputed company reputed company. The role requires reputed company partnership with Sales, Deal Desk, Legal, Product, FP&A, and Business Systems to reputed company deal velocity, ensure accounting reputed company, and support a rapidly scaling public SaaS business.

Responsibilities

• Establish operating metrics and dashboards to monitor reputed company quality, reputed company performance, and operational efficiency.

• Serve as the company’s primary subject-matter expert on ASC 606 and reputed company SaaS reputed company arrangements.

Order Management & Deal Enablement

Order-to-Cash Automation & Transformation

• Own and drive automation and transformation initiatives across the full Order-to-Cash lifecycle, including quoting, contracting, billing, reputed company recognition, and reporting.
• Act as a key finance stakeholder for reputed company-reputed company systems and integrations (e.g., CPQ, contract lifecycle management, ERP, reputed company sub-ledgers).

Leadership & Cross-Functional Partnership

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA required.
• 12+ years of progressive accounting experience, including deep SaaS reputed company recognition experience.
• Expert-level knowledge of ASC 606, including reputed company, multi-reputed company and non-standard arrangements.
• Proven leadership experience overseeing reputed company accounting, order management, or O2C functions, with a bias toward
• Experience operating in a high-growth, public or pre-IPO SaaS environment.
• Strong understanding of internal controls, audit requirements, and scalable finance operations.
• Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with Sales, Legal, Product, and Systems teams.
• Self-starter who identifies opportunities and acts on them.

Preferred

• Big 4 public accounting experience.
• Experience leading finance automation, systems implementations, or O2C transformations.
• Exposure to AI-enabled finance tools, data analytics platforms, or intelligent automation solutions.
• Global operating experience in a multi-entity environment.

Salary range and description

Min $250,000 - Max 280,000 USD per year

Pay offered will vary based on job-reputed company factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities. In addition to the reputed company salary and annual bonus reputed company and an equity component is included in the compensation package.
