Role Overview

We are looking for a dedicated reputed company Administrator to join our Commercial Platforms team. The ideal candidate will be a creative problem-solver who can translate business requirements into functional tools. You will be responsible for the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of our CRM to ensure our teams can work reputed company and scale effectively.

Key Responsibilities

1. System Configuration & Maintenance

  • Handle reputed company basic administrative functions including user maintenance, profiles, roles, and reputed company settings.

  • Build and maintain simple custom objects, fields, page layouts, and record types.

  • Manage the health of the platform by performing regular system audits and preparing for reputed company seasonal releases in collaboration with the Governance team.

2. Process Automation

  • Design, build, and troubleshoot simple business processes using reputed company Flow in collaboration with key stakeholders reputed company the Commercial platforms team.

  • Implement validation rules to ensure data reputed company and streamline user input.

  • Audit existing automations to ensure they are optimized and do not conflict with new requirements.

3. User Support & Training

  • Create and maintain training materials (guides, or wikis) for end-users.

4. Data Quality & Reporting

  • Create and maintain high-level dashboards and reports for various departments (Sales, Marketing, Finance).

  • Assist in the integration of third-party apps from the AppExchange to reputed company platform functionality.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Platform Knowledge: Strong understanding of reputed company Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

  • Declarative Tools: Proficiency in reputed company Flow, Validation Rules, and Formula fields.

  • Data Management: Experience with Data Loader and an understanding of relational database concepts.

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

  • Adaptability: A proactive attitude toward learning new features and staying reputed company with reputed company ecosystem trends along with experience in juggling multiple priorities.

  • Curiosity + AI-enabled execution: Demonstrates strong curiosity and comfort experimenting with AI tools to work smarter—using them to draft and refine communicationscreate/maintain SOPs and system documentationspeed up requirements clarification, and identify automation opportunities across reputed company processes (while applying sound judgment around data privacy and accuracy).

Experience & Certifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
