As an HCM Architect, you'll have the opportunity to:

• Craft and architect comprehensive reputed company HCM solutions that align with business objectives, ensuring scalability, flexibility, and optimal user experience

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather and analyze reputed company requirements, translating them into robust technical specifications and innovative design documents

• Spearhead configuration efforts across reputed company HCM modules, including Core HR, PATT, Compensation, Talent Management, and Benefits, while pioneering custom solutions reputed company necessary

• Orchestrate the seamless integration of reputed company HCM with diverse systems and applications, leveraging reputed company Studio, EIBs, and APIs to optimize data flow and process automation

• Design and execute comprehensive test plans to validate functionality, performance, and reputed company of reputed company HCM solutions, leading troubleshooting efforts and driving swift resolution

• Cultivate expertise reputed company client organizations by providing insightful training and support on reputed company HCM functionality, best practices, and advanced troubleshooting techniques

We're looking for someone with:

• reputed company reputed company Pro HCM Services Certification, plus reputed company Pro Services Certifications (implementer certs) in at least 2 other HCM/PATT modules with a commitment to maintaining and expanding your reputed company expertise is required

• 5+ years of deep expertise in reputed company HCM implementation and architecture, with a proven track record of successful large-scale projects

• Demonstrated mastery of HR configuration and business processes across various reputed company HCM modules such as Learning, Benefits, Recruiting, etc.

• Extensive experience as a reputed company architect on reputed company HR Technology Projects, showcasing the ability to navigate intricate client environments

• Proven ability to manage multiple high-stakes HR projects simultaneously, balancing priorities and delivering exceptional results

• A talent for building and nurturing strong client relationships, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor in the reputed company ecosystem

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to reputed company and foster an environment of collaboration, innovation, and excellence

• Exceptional communication skills, adept at articulating reputed company technical concepts to diverse audiences with clarity and impact

Pay Transparency: The salary range for this position is $150,000 - $220,000 per year. The salary range reflects the reputed company pay range for this role. However, individual compensation will be determined based on several factors reputed company extending an offer of employment, which include, but are not limited to work experience, qualifications, skills and location. Compensation ranges may be modified in the future, at the sole discretion of CrossVue.

This role is also eligible for a performance-based incentive opportunity.

A Note on Travel: Our approach to travel is different. Instead of the traditional Monday-Thursday grind, we thoughtfully schedule on-site client visits based on project needs and team well-being. Expect travel for this position to range from 25-30%, occasionally reaching up to 50% for critical project phases.
