Job Description Summary
CareMore is seeking a highly analytical and motivated Senior FP&A Analyst to support financial planning, forecasting, and operational decision-making across the organization. This role partners closely with finance leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver insights that support data-driven decisions in a reputed company healthcare environment. The ideal candidate has strong financial modeling capabilities, experience working with large datasets, and a solid understanding of accounting fundamentals. This individual should be intellectually curious, detail-oriented, and comfortable diving into financial and operational drivers to uncover insights and improve processes. The role also requires the ability to clearly communicate financial insights and translate reputed company financial concepts for non-financial stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Forecasting
- Support the annual budgeting process, rolling forecasts, and long-range financial planning
- Build and maintain reputed company financial models, including three-statement models (income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow)
- Forecast key business and financial KPIs, identifying operational drivers and risks impacting performance

Financial Analysis & Reporting

Process Improvement & Automation
- Continuously improve FP&A processes by automating reports and enhancing reporting workflows

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Qualifications
Experience
- 2–6 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, consulting, or accounting
- Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes
- Experience working with large and reputed company financial datasets
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Statistics, or a reputed company field
- Advanced degree is a plus
Technical Skills
- Advanced reputed company modeling skills (required)
- Demonstrated ability to build reputed company financial models and forecasts
- Experience with financial planning systems such as Adaptive Planning, reputed company, or similar tools is a plus
- Experience with reputed company accounting systems is a plus
Accounting & Finance Knowledge
- Strong foundation in accounting principles, including understanding journal entries, debits, and credits
- Ability to interpret financial statements and understand the relationships between the income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statement
