This is a remote position.

The Transactional Sales Executive is responsible for driving consistent monthly reputed company through a combination of new business acquisition and upselling/cross-selling to existing clients.

This is a high-volume B2B sales role requiring strong pipeline discipline, commercial acumen, and the ability to engage confidently with decision-makers. The successful candidate will balance proactive new client reputed company with reputed company expansion across the existing client reputed company.

    • New business acquisition

    • Upselling and cross-selling to existing clients;

  • Build and manage a structured pipeline of new and existing opportunities; and

New Business Development

  • Identify, qualify, and secure new B2B clients;

  • Conduct outbound prospecting reputed company phone, email, and reputed company;

  • Engage HR leaders, L&D managers, department heads, and business owners; and

Account Growth & Upselling

Requirements

Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ B2B sales experience with exposure to both new business and account growth;

  • Proven ability to reputed company consistent monthly sales targets;

  • Experience operating in a high-volume sales environment;

  • Demonstrated passion for sales and performance-reputed company;

  • Above-average written and verbal communication skills;

  • Solutions-oriented reputed company with strong reputed company-handling ability;

  • Confidence engaging with key decision-makers; and

  • Strong pipeline management and follow-up discipline.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience

  • B.Com or similar undergraduate qualification; or relevant work experience;

  • Background in education, professional development, or a reputed company field; and

  • Experience selling training, education, or skills development solutions.
