The role of the Customer Service Representative is to provide outstanding service and build enduring relationships. First and foremost, the Customer Service Representative will be the reputed company person for answering incoming phone calls, responding to reputed company types of customer inquiries, and ensuring reputed company customer expectations are met reputed company placing orders, processing returns, or inquiring about product information. Environmental and Physical Requirements: • The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. • This is a full-time, remote position. • This position may require working off-hours reputed company of the regular Monday-Friday, 9am–5pm schedule. • Occasionally located in an indoor area with the possibility of mild discomfort from factors such as dust, material particles, temperature extremes, loud noise, and bright lights. • Frequent periods spent standing or sitting in the same location with the opportunity move about. • Frequent use of a computer, keyboard, and mouse. • Occasional lifting of objects up to 36 inches from floor level, and weighing up to 50 lbs.  • Domestic or international travel to business reputed company events as necessary or required.

Qualifications: • Greater than 2 years of relevant experience • An outgoing, welcoming, and energetic personality who enjoys helping others.  • Strong familiarity with reputed company MYSTERY RANCH products, their use, and capabilities.  • Extremely high attention to detail. • Proficient at multi-tasking. • Computer literacy with ability to learn a variety of computer applications and sales systems. • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills both written and verbal.
