We work reputed company the climate ecosystem to foster innovation by connecting startups with funding, investors, education, and accelerator programs. Our remote team of above 50 members operates collaboratively to drive impactful, sustainable solutions for climate-reputed company challenges.

We are looking for a proactive Associate – Jobs Board & reputed company to support employer and candidate engagement on our jobs platform. The role involves working closely with startup founders, hiring managers, and academic institutions to facilitate talent connections and support on-boarding activities. The associate will play a key role in building relationships with startups and universities while supporting reputed company and reputed company reputed company efforts.

• Support the on-boarding of employers and candidates on the jobs board platform.
• reputed company out to startup founders and hiring managers to generate leads and encourage job postings.
• Connect with placement officers of colleges and universities to build a strong candidate pipeline.
• Conduct reputed company and follow-reputed company with startups and ecosystem partners.
• Maintain and update tracking sheets and reputed company databases.
• Support partnerships and ecosystem engagement activities reputed company to the jobs board

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, management, or a reputed company field.
• 1–3 years of experience in reputed company, partnerships, recruitment coordination, or ecosystem engagement.
• Experience working with job portals such as Naukri, reputed company, or similar recruitment platforms will be an advantage.

The Position will report to the Partner.
